In September 2009, Midland Data Networks were approved by Nottinghamshire Trading Standards as an Approved Trader under the Buy With Confidence Scheme.

Midland Data Networks invited Trading Standards into their business to ensure that they were a safe and competant trader to come into your home or business.  This process included a visit by Trading Standards to check that Midland Data Networks have the relevant insurances, process and procedures. 

All Midland Data Network Engineers and Contractors have been Criminal Checked by the Criminal Records Bureau http://www.crb.gov.uk/ .  They have also checked to ensure that the company owners have never traded under any other name nor been bankrupt, so you can be sure that the company is safe. 

As part of the scheme to ensure that we are keeping to our high standards, we leave a feedback form with you and ask that you would spare a couple of minutes of your time to fill it out and post it, freepost, to Trading Standards.

The questionaire asks 4 questions on Customer Service, Quality of work, charges and would you recommend us.  They also have a space for you to put some comments on.

So far, from September 2008 to December 2009, all 115 customers that have returned their forms, have said that they would recommend us to their friends.
